Why hello there, miss low-self-esteem “loser” gamer desperately trying to live her life the best she can with what she’s got. I see you found what exactly you need to use in order to be successful there.

I’m too tired of this ridiculous argument to even bother replying. So instead I’ll just link my article. This also applies to issues of assuming if a woman dresses in a ‘sexy’ way or a way you don’t like then she has no/low self esteem or respect. Enforcing YOUR standards of beauty or anything else to try and ‘help’ current beauty standards and problems is counter productive. It’s not your job to judge, police or attack anyone for how they dress, act or anything else. Also; blaming her and women like her (eg; me) for societies problems? No.

  7. Currently there are no screenings available for Miss Representation in Australia.
I think this should change. I’d love to organize a public screening in Melbourne for anyone who would like to attend.

There is a page to contact them, and ask for it to be available for screening if you are non for profit. We would have to find a location willing to screen it first, does anyone have suggestions or connections to small/ independent cinemas?

If we could find a location in the Melbourne CBD, would you come?

  12. Bringing back ‘Vice Squad’ style policing has nothing to do with helping women and everything to do with hating them, fear mongering and money.

When poor countries choose to oppress their own women, they are to some extent choosing their own continued poverty. Female oppression is a moral issue; but it also must be seen as a choice that countries make for short-term “cultural” comfort, at the expense of long-term economic and social progress.
