There is probably an overlap but to say that all of one group belongs to the other is being unfair. When asker says "The belief that feminism is no longer needed is not only false but naïve" they are correct, but it's falsely attributed to 'women who flash their breasts in public à la ‘Girls Gone Wild’.'
